Industrial / Commercial Door Installer / Millwright
Qualifications:
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
- Must have a Clear Driving Record (MVR).
- Must be able to pass a Background Check.
- Must be able to pass safety training and obtain a TWIC Card.
- Must be a motivated self-starter that can work safely under high-pressure situations.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance.
- Exceptional attendance including working every day, on time, as scheduled.
- Welding experience a PLUS (GMAW and SMAW).
- Superior troubleshooting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Background in heavy industrial or construction a Plus.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and operate basic tools such as grinders, air tools, wrenches, battery powered equipment, etc.
- Move machinery and equipment, using hoists, dollies, rollers, and other tools.
- Dismantle doors using hammers, wrenches, crowbars, and other hand tools.
- Assembles machines and bolts, welds, rivets or otherwise fastens them to foundation or other structures using hand and power tools.
- May use level or equipment setting.
- Loads, transports and unloads material, tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Operate Scissor lifts, lulls, forklifts, trucks, and other equipment.
- Mount operates to head-plates, framework, and fabric mounts.
- Must be able to preform other tasks within scope of installing and dismantling industrial overhead doors.
